VAPOPREX 3GN (1000-4000)

-Medium pressure saturated steam generator, packaged steel structure with pressurised combustion and high energy efficiency.

-Ready for operation in combination with a jet burner on liquid or gas fuel.

-Boiler with three flue passes, combustion chamber with cooled end plate sized to ensure low heating loads.

-Standard design pressure 12 bars, 15 bars (higher pressure upon request).

-Steam production (at 12 bars) from 1.6 to 25 t/h.

-Amply sized evaporating chamber with large heat exchange area for the production of high quality saturated steam.

-Combustion chamber reinforced with omega orwedge joints.

-Burner fixed to the burner anchor plate.

-Tube bundle can be cleaned without removing theburner, by simply opening the two front and two reardoors.

-Heat loss to the surrounding environment is limited by asuitable layer of high-density mineral wool insulation on the boiler body.

-The water circuit can be inspected through oval-shaped manholes and head holes, while a circular manhole provides access to the furnace through the rear smokebox. Maintenance is further simplified by the walkable platform on the top part of the boiler.

-Ladder and walkway for safe access to the walkable platform on top of the boiler.
