-Superheated water boiler with combustion under pressure and high efficiency. Suitable for use in conjunction with a gas or light oil jet burner. The location and large dimensions of the combustion chamber with a cooled end plate guarantee a low heat load and the possibility of combustion with low NOx emissions.

-The lineup consists of 14 models with heat output from 1,200 kW to 9,000 kW.

-These modern and high-performance boilers have been designed and developed in accordance with EU Directive 2014/68 / UE (PED) and European standards.

-Maximum working pressure - 12 bar or 15 bar; higher pressure available on request.

-Maximum temperature: 191.7 ° C (version with a pressure of 12 bar); 200 ° C (version with a pressure of 15 bar).

-Combustion chamber, consisting of a large firebox, reinforced with omega-seams, which ensures operation at low heat.

-Pipes of the second and third course of smoke with a large area of heat exchange surface.

-Insulation of the boiler body using high-density mineral wool with protection from steel plates limits heat loss.

-The inside of the door is insulated with a layer of refractory concrete and covers the entire heated surface of the pipe plate.

-Front door with the ability to change the direction of opening (right and left) and an innovative system with micrometric adjustment on the front plate of the boiler.

-Pressure sensitive parts are welded by qualified and IIS approved personnel in accordance with EN standards.

-Maintenance is provided by ease of access to the furnace and tube bundle by means of a door, a removable smoke chamber and an inspection door on the boiler body.

-The water supply circuit is checked through the hatch in the upper part of the boiler, and the ring at the bottom.
