WM GM
SHELL BOILER FOR SOLID FUELS
-The WM FM is a four passes water tube boiler for hot water production, designed specifically for solid fuels, with special tube structure.
-A solid fuel boiler with a mobile grate, ideal for burning biomass and processed wood products.
-The lineup consists of 15 models with heat output from 130 kW to 4100 kW.
-Standard design pressure - 3 bar.
-Fuel supply using a mobile grate with a slope, providing effective control of the thickness of the base, even taking into account softening and partial melting of ash and guaranteeing ash dispatch for unloading for mechanical removal.
-Screw feed system, the result of a design combining a boiler and a mechanical burner.
-The under-grate space is divided into sealed compartments for a differentiated supply of combustion air.
-Large and completely dry combustion chamber with flue gas return flow and smoke chamber for optimal drying of raw fuel.
-Two-stage combustion with grate-level gasification and a wide range of primary to secondary air ratios depending on the type of fuel used. Supplemental air is supplied by an independent high turbulence system.
-High-quality cast and brick refractory lining in accordance with the zone, the type of tube bundle and the shape of the chimney guarantees a minimum amount of cleaning operations and full access through the side doors.
-The base supporting the boiler contains a combustion chamber and is completely lined with special bricks for combustion at high temperature.
-Thermostatic system for automatic auger advancement and additional fire safety device.
-High efficiency, usually exceeding 90% (mod. 130 ÷ 950) and 85% (mod. 1300 ÷ 4100).
-All this fits in a separate compact case with relatively small dimensions, which does not require long installation.
